PDF FILE: Pattern will be sent by email and you will print it out yourself.  A pdf file requires free program from Adobe available at www.adobe.com to open (Adobe Reader).  Patterns are usually emailed within 24-48 hours of purchase.  Personalized patterns may take a day or two longer.

IMPORTANT PDF PATTERN INFORMATION:  Please add fyremonksgal@msn.com to your address book.  This is the address the patterns will be emailed from.  Once a pattern is emailed I will mark it "shipped" in Paypal.  If you do not have the email after I have marked it "shipped", please check your junk or spam mail folder for the pattern.  If it is not there, make sure you are checking the email address that is listed in Paypal.  This is the email I will send the patterns to.  If you still do not have the pattern after 48 hours, please email me and let me know.  For some reason I have had to resend emails/patterns to some customers.  If you are in a hurry for the pattern, please feel free to check with me after 24 hours if you have not received it.

PRINTING YOUR PATTERN:  On the print screen choose the page scaling of "fit to printer margins" or "fit to printable area" so patterns print out in true size if you build the banner over the pattern.  If the pattern is not true to size with this setting change the page scaling to "none" and reprint the pattern.  Different versions of Windows and different printers cause this to happen.  (If you don't build the banner on the pattern then you won't care what size the pattern prints out and whatever setting your printer chooses will be fine.)

PRINTED PATTERN:  Pattern will be printed out and snail mailed to you.  Price includes shipping.  Patterns are usually mailed within 24-48 hours after purchase.  Patterns will be true to size which is important to those of you that make your banner over the pattern (highly recommended by myself).

PRINTED PATTERNS OR EMAILED PATTERNS:  The pattterns are on 8-1/2 x 11 sheets of paper.  You will receive a cover sheet that includes a small picture of the pattern and pattern information including size of completed banner.  You will also receive a bead chart that lists the colors and amounts of beads required for the pattern.  The pattern itself will be on more than one sheet (in most cases) and will need to be cut out and taped together.  The pattern will be in the middle of the pages with white space around it.  When cutting out the pattern I recommend that you leave some white spaces on the right and bottom so you have something to tape the other pieces to instead of having to tape edge to edge.

KIT:  You will receive a kit that includes everything you need to complete the banner yourself (pattern, instructions, beads, rod & end caps, thread, needle).  Price includes shipping.  Kits are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after purchase unless it is necessary for me to order beads to fill the order in which case it may take up to a week to ship the kit.
